Afarinick provides a wide array of services to ensure that farmers are farming in adherence to sustainable farming standards and are well resourced to achieve the desired farm yields without having to worry about pests and diseases. The services provided include:

Farm Input Supply

In partnership with farm input supply companies, local and abroad, ACL supplies only the recommended farm inputs to farmers in Ghana with consideration given to the chemical composition and the approved application methods. Farmers supplied with our inputs are taught the best application and storage can disposal methods to ensure minimal impact on the environment within which they farm.

On Farm Management Services

We provide farm extension services to farmers at subsidized fees to help with the management of their farmlands. It is a known fact that farmers are often unable to pay for skilled labor to help with the day-to-day management of their farms. ACL is committed to preventing any form of child and forced labor within the agricultural sector and as such, we readily provide farm management support to farmers to prevent the use of children on the farms.

Seedling Garden Establishment

ACL has established seedling gardens and community nurseries in selected CJ districts to improve access of farmers within the districts with quality planting materials. We provide several varieties of economical shade tree seedlings to promote agroforestry and contribute to carbon sequestration within the agricultural value chain.

Farm Rehabilitation Services

We provide farm rehabilitation services including the cutting of diseased trees, seedling propagation and replanting services to boost farm yields. The cocoa value chain is plagued with aged cocoa trees which contribute to reduced overall country yield. ACL provides these rehabilitation services to support farmers increase their farm yields, increasing their incomes and the overall producer volume of the country.

Agricultural Consultancy Services

ACL has an in-depth understanding of the agricultural value chain, from farm establishment, input supply and application, produce marketing and logistical support. Through our well-resourced teams, we are readily available to consult on issues related to every aspect of the value chain.
